Administration Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Administration Team Leader within our Complex Needs and Disability Care Group.
This key leadership position requires a strong background in supervising and line managing staff, with a proven ability to plan and prioritize workloads to support clinical services.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and allocating work to administrative support staff members, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Overseeing waiting lists and ensuring patients are booked for appointments within RTT targets, with the ability to escalate capacity issues or exceptions.
- Assisting in the production of high-quality documentation using Microsoft Word and clinical databases.
- Managing electronic patient records, clinic creation, appointment booking, and timely outgoing of appointments.

Person Specification
- NVQ Level 4 and/or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Relevant secretarial or typing qualification.
- Good standard of general education and good knowledge of data protection law.
- ILM level 3 or willingness to work towards.
Experience
- Administration experience in a clinical setting, including waiting list management.
- Demonstrable experience of line managing staff, including training, recruitment, and implementing human resource management policies.
Skills
- Excellent IT skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
