We are seeking a dedicated individual to work as a Kitchen Porter, contributing to the smooth operation of our kitchen in a part-time capacity, contracted at 24 hours per week.
About the RoleAs a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer care and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Main Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Prepare fresh food quickly in a busy kitchen setting
- Ensure chefs have everything they need to prepare dishes
- Pour perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that exceeds customer expectations
- Work collaboratively as an integral team member
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene regulations
- Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines
- Be adaptable and willing to adjust to changing priorities
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and build strong relationships
- Holding experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Embody a commitment to excellence and demonstrate a proactive approach
- Show initiative and make decisions that benefit customers
- Prove ability to work under pressure
- Exhibit reliable timekeeping and a strong sense of responsibility
The estimated hourly salary for this role is around £9-£10, dependent on experience.
