Job Title: Laboratory Test and Analysis Engineer

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in the UK who are seeking a Test Completion and Analysis Engineer to join their team.

Supporting the operation of test facilities across the Engineering Laboratories department, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Testing components, mechanical systems, and batteries using hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, or vibration test systems
  • Data analysis and interpretation, with a desire to learn and develop skills
  • Running state-of-the-art mechanical and electrical test rigs, from single component testing to whole vehicle durability
  • Supporting the lead engineer to ensure physical testing is completed on time, to quality, with necessary escalation and reporting responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a background in structural/electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related electrical profession, with evidence-based understanding of Design Verification and Testing Process, and knowledge of employing data acquisition and analysis techniques.

Requirements:

  • Immediate, on-going, and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU

Working Hours: Double Day shift pattern, with potential for night shift when workload demand dictates and skillset enables.
