We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Supported Housing Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing housing-related support and intensive housing management to individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide housing-related support and intensive housing management to men, women, and couples.
  • Lone work in the community with service users, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Manage a caseload of service users, providing a dual function of housing-related support and intensive housing management.
  • Offer practical and emotional support to assist service users in developing life skills and achieving independence.
  • Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of services, promoting good practice and high-quality care.
  • Work collaboratively with voluntary, statutory, and community-based organizations to provide comprehensive support services.
  • Line manage staff, authorizing leave and time off, and ensuring adequate cover is maintained.
  • Supervise and appraise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
  • Experience in housing-related support and intensive housing management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
