Customer Relationship Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our client's team in Bracknell. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a successful CRM strategy specifically within loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing marketing plans, conducting target audience research, and data-driven customer segmentation. You will also be responsible for ongoing campaign optimization and management of different audience groups.
