Healthcare Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Marketing Manager to join our team at Tag. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
About the Role
- Draft and consolidate client briefs, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and requirements.
- Develop estimates and costing proposals, taking into account project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Status reporting on projects, proactively communicating with clients to ensure they are fully informed of project status.
- Manage the copy approval process, working closely with copywriters to ensure high-quality output.
- Ensure all output meets and exceeds client expectations, adhering to timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and collaboration skills to manage and motivate staff, driving business growth and success.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Rigorous understanding of expert marketing principles, including analysis, planning, and execution.
- Ability to judge and evaluate creative concepts and copy to brief, ensuring high-quality output.
- Thorough understanding of clients' businesses and industries, enabling effective campaign development.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a healthcare agency or similar design management environment.
- Ability to clearly and confidently communicate with all levels of GSK and Tag stakeholders.
- Experience in managing copywriters, designers, and production teams, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Understanding of end-to-end production processes, including print and digital formats.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
