**About the Role**
Our globally recognized Pharmaceutical client is seeking a seasoned Transformation Programme Director to lead their ambitious transformation programme in the R&D space. The successful candidate will be part of a team of Change Management professionals focused on delivering global-reaching change.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the transformation programme, driving strategic change and delivering business outcomes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies
* Manage and motivate a team of Change Management professionals
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in leading transformation programmes within a pharmaceutical industry
