Customer Success and Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic account management.
Job DescriptionThis is a role that requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their business goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities for clients to leverage our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- A proven track record of managing and growing key client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
We offer a competitive salary range: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a benefits package including:
