About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for listed and historic buildings, with a strong background in building conservation. A certification or accreditation in building conservation is highly desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carry out inspections and assessments of historic and listed buildings
  2. Prepare architectural drawings and specifications for conservation projects
  3. Liaise with stakeholders, including clients and contractors
  4. Manage conservation projects from start to finish
