Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our client's expert team within a neurological centre. The successful candidate will work 35.25 hours per week over three long days, with shift patterns of 7am - 7.15pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure high standards of nursing care are met.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote understanding of their conditions and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure continuity of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Valid registration with the NMC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
