Job Details:


Brook Street NMR is seeking an organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our client Shoreham office for a part-time position.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide general administrative support, including managing incoming/outgoing mail and overseeing three local shared mailboxes.
  • Accurately input fishing activity data into our in-house system and verify electronic/catch records.
  • Proactively track down missing or late fishing logs.
  • Assist personal callers and manage office filing needs.
  • Handle telephone queries, take messages, and log calls through our contact system.

Role Details:



  • Location: Shoreham Office
  • Pay rate: £12.42/hr
  • Hours: 18 hours over three days (flexible schedule)
  • Full Training Provided
