Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Physician/Specialist Psychiatrist to join our team at MAC Clinical Research. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting clinical research studies in compliance with protocols and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct medical care and oversight of clinical trial participants in Neuroscience/Adult Psychiatry/Old Age Psychiatry/Psychedelic clinical trials.
  • Provide training on psychiatric scales for other clinical staff.
  • Review medical records of potential study participants.
  • Review medical reports and lab results.
  • Provide training to the clinical/recruitment teams on essential medical information and protocols when required.
  • Maintain awareness of chart and screen fails and patient drop-out rates, taking appropriate corrective action.
Requirements
  • Full and current GMC registration.
  • Minimum of 4 years post-graduation experience in Psychiatry.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Psychiatry (e.g. MRCPsychiatry or Diploma in Psychiatry).
  • CCT/on GMC specialist register for Psychiatry (desirable).
  • Experience in Drug Addiction or Psychedelics (desirable).
  • Pharmaceutical experience (desirable).
