We are seeking an experienced Mechnical Systems Specialist to join our team at Phosters FM. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and regulations, including the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) and Part P Electrical. A valid G3 certificate in unvented hot water systems and a CPAI certificate of competence are also required.

A competitive salary is offered based on experience, with a estimated range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum. Benefits include a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, and PPE & uniform.
