We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Risk Manager to join our Business Resilience team at AXA Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical excellence and expertise in commercial motor risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and business recommendations on risks, opportunities, and revised strategies for commercial motor risk management.
  • Manage and audit technical development and for the Specialist Team of Commercial Motor BRM's.
  • Conduct ongoing audits and reviews of specialist commercial motor BRM's and those within the team who undertake motor engagement with underwriters and customers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to UPP, motor claims, and Large Loss Unit (LLU) and AXA Retail and AXA Ireland.
  • Manage interaction and ongoing support with Technical Motor Claims on emerging risk and account exposures.
  • Continuously develop and improve online digital tools to assess risk and provide guidance to a wide audience of customers.
  • Represent AXA Commercial at strategic external working groups.
  • Deliver technical support to the Mid Corporate Commercial Motor Underwriting function and key mid corporate large case clients and manage portfolios.
Requirements
  • ACII or equivalent professional qualification desirable.
  • Extensive experience of general insurer commercial sector risk surveying, with a variety of sectors and segments within the commercial motor fleet account.
  • Proven experience of general insurer commercial sector risk surveying, with a focus on property and casualty lines of business.
  • Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
  • Degree or similar in Occupational Health and Safety Practice.
