About the RoleThis role will be based out of our brand-new World of Hearing store, a concept that focuses on providing comprehensive hearing care services and products in a specialised, customer-centric environment. The store is designed to offer an immersive experience that enhances the journey for individuals seeking hearing solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and provide expert fittings for hearing aids and devices.
- Offer tailored consultations to ensure each customer receives the most suitable hearing care solution based on their individual needs.
- Provide education and support to customers about hearing health and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve commercial targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

We're looking for an experienced audiologist with:
- BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
- Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
- 2+ years post qualification experience.
- Consistent clinical audit results.
- Completion of CPD requirements.
- Achievement of commercial targets.
- Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
