Job Title: Electrical Assembly and Test Operative

At The Bond Group, we're seeking an experienced Electrical Assembly and Test Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical assembly and testing, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test electrical components to the highest standard, ensuring that all products meet our quality and safety requirements.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient production and meet customer deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to our health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:
  • Full or part-qualified electrician certification.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience of working with hand tools.
