Room Leader

As a Room Leader at Partou Up & Away, you will play a vital role in shaping the early years experience for our children. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and mentor room staff in their day-to-day duties and quality of learning journeys and observations
• Be a champion of ongoing development, supporting apprentices in your team
• Stay up to date with current developments in early years policies and practices
• As a key person, you will ensure that the needs of your key children are met, build effective relationships with parents, and support with any SEND needs
• Carry out observations, plan activities in line with the EYFS, and support the development of your key children

Requirements:

• You must hold a level 3 childcare qualification to be considered for this role
• This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check
