Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Operator to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our custom-made products are carefully packaged and dispatched to customers on time.

• Accurately pick and pack personalized items ready for dispatch.
• Collect orders, print labels, and apply them correctly to each package.
• Ensure all products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Work with the wider team to ensure orders are dispatched promptly and correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Support inventory management and stock control as needed.

• Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays (as part of a rota).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
