Job Title: Senior Payroll Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Executive to join our team at Coleshill. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing payroll, including BACS operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting senior colleagues in verifying payroll calculations for accuracy and compliance. They will also manage pension, sick pay, and holiday pay processing.

In this role, you will provide support for ad-hoc tasks, client inquiries, and questions from colleagues and HMRC. You will be required to assist the Payroll Bureau Manager in meeting all client and statutory deadlines.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 p/a + bonus based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior colleagues in verifying payroll calculations
  • Manage pension, sick pay, and holiday pay processing
  • Provide support for ad-hoc tasks and client inquiries
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing payroll
  • Proven track record of handling high-volume payrolls or payroll bureau operations
  • Maintain a strong understanding of statutory deductions
  • Navigate Excel confidently
