An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Litigation Solicitor to join Ashville Knight Careers, a reputable legal practice with a strong presence in West Sussex. We are seeking a Solicitor with a solid understanding of the market to join our Litigation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of contentious matters, providing expert guidance and support to clients.
- Oversee the entire procedure from instruction through to settlement, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
- Deliver a responsive service, offering clear and concise legal advice that meets the highest standards.
- Experience in taking matters to court is beneficial, but not essential.
- Regularly attend to clients of the firm, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional client care.
- Contribute to the marketing and business development of the team and wider firm, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Maintain ongoing professional development requirements, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in litigation and furthering knowledge within the field.
- Participate in team meetings, providing valuable insights and expertise to drive success.
Requirements:
- A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of PQE +.
- A team player with the ability to manage a caseload independently, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent technical and client care skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Business development and networking skills, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
