Compensation Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to join our team at Morson Talent. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our compensation offering and processes, driving business growth and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a reward and benefits role, with a proven track record of supporting the delivery of reward and benefit-related projects and initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing annual compensation processes, contributing to benefits design and development, and providing analytical support for our Reward strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage annual compensation processes, including pay review and bonus processes
• Contribute to benefits design and development, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Provide analytical support for our Reward strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes
• Work closely with the Reward Manager to deliver key projects and initiatives
• Benchmark company compensation practices and policies to position ourselves as an employer of choice
• Coordinate the embedding of new practices that support the people and group strategy
• Lead process automation and support colleague queries in all areas of reward

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a reward and benefits role
• Excellent communication and numerical skills
• Knowledge of company benefits and share plans
• Experience working with SuccessFactors and advanced Excel skills
• Exceptional attention-to-detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
