Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Construction Sector

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in the construction sector. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a new construction/civils desk, recruiting blue-and white-collar candidates, and building relationships with blue-chip companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment for blue-and white-collar candidates
  • Building new and maintaining existing relationships with blue-chip companies
  • Able to demonstrate previous successes in billing
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary £43k per annum
  • Company car/Car allowance £3k -£4k per year
  • Quarterly team bonus incentives/yearly company incentive schemes
  • 25 days holiday per annum Plus bank holiday Plus 3 days off at Christmas
  • Flexibility to work from home one to two days per week
