Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents. About the Job:

The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working in a care setting. You will be responsible for supervising a team of Care Assistants and supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management and care planning.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care to residents.
  • Support the clinical team in specific areas, including medication management and care planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working in a care setting
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care

Estimated Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
