Job Summary:

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager for a residential home providing care for older people. The ideal candidate will have a background in care management, with a focus on delivering high-quality person-centred care.

About the Role:

* Provide leadership and management to the care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.

* Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents.

* Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Requirements:

* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)

* Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes

* Strong staff management skills

* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements

* Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person-centred care.

What We Offer:

* A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000
