Process Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a talented Service Improvement Manager to lead the development and implementation of process improvements within our Global Contact Centres division in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering process improvements and will possess a deep understanding of Contact Center processes and procedures. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
In addition to the core responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced contact centre environment and will be able to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new changes and minimize disruption to business operations.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A thorough knowledge of Contact Center processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Experience working in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
