Job Summary

We are seeking an Apprentice Highways Project Manager to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As an Apprentice Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing internal projects from initiation through completion. You will lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion.
  • Lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management.
  • Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
  • Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.
