We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Specialist to join our team at TLC Auto Refinishing Ltd. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, with a one-off joining bonus of £1,000 and a monthly attendance bonus of £100.

In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding various components using traditional techniques. You will work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality products meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and welding, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. If you are passionate about working with your hands and producing high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.

Key responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and weld components using traditional techniques
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure quality products
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace
