We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager to lead the Robin Hood, a prominent pub within our Destination Inns concept. This esteemed establishment is situated in a picturesque area, offering breathtaking views of London from its hidden garden. With a weekly capacity of over 800 covers, this is a thriving food business with immense potential for growth.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary, energetic problem solver who wants to make this pub stand out by implementing innovative ideas, developing a strong team, engaging guests through events and marketing initiatives, and focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Food knowledge and confidence in managing a kitchen team are essential, as we offer a premium pub food experience.

The venue is a food-led business with a 70/30 split, catering to up to 800 covers weekly, with sales ranging from £20-£25k.

Salary and Benefits


• Salary of up to £38,000 per annum, live-in, dependent on experience
