Junior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Yeovil. As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of estimates for construction projects.

  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate estimates for construction projects.
  • You will work closely with the project management team to ensure that all estimates are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate estimates for construction projects.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure that all estimates are completed to a high standard.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates and communicate with clients as necessary.
  • Provide support to senior estimators on complex estimate calculations.

Requirements:

  • GCSE maths grade A-C or equivalent.
  • BTEC National Diploma or HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
