Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Care Professional to join our team at Beech Trees in Woking, Surrey. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver excellent care and support
- Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring individual needs are met
- Manage budgets and resources, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain high-quality relationships with service users, families, and external partners
Requirements
