Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in cost and procurement management processes.
• Contributing to a high quality of service and deliverables.
• Assisting Cost Managers in the accurate and timely delivery of services.
• Preparing order of cost estimates and option studies.
• Preparing cost plans.
• Preparing cost-in-use studies.
• Managing the tender process, including designing tender marking schemes.
• Evaluating and reporting on tenders.
• Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
• Preparing and settling final accounts.
• Administering construction contracts.
• Preparing reports to customers.

Requirements:

• You'll have graduated or be receiving your degree qualification before August 2025.
• You'll have the right to live and work in the UK.
• You'll have clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• You'll have good organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
• You'll have good ICT skills, with an elevated level of ability in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• You'll be lively and enthusiastic, but conscientious and precise.
• You'll be outgoing and people-orientated, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
