Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Web Designer with a passion for creating visually appealing and highly functional websites. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress, with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.

Responsibilities:
  • Design visually compelling and user-friendly websites using Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop
  • Build responsive, SEO-optimised websites in WordPress
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure design integrity and functionality
  • Translate client requirements into creative, high-converting design solutions
  • Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging web technologies
  • Implement design revisions and iterations based on client feedback
  • Ensure projects meet both design and usability standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Web Designer, ideally within a digital agency
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong experience with WordPress, including customising themes and layouts
  • In-depth understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and web standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A creative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and SEO best practices
