Position Overview

Vantage is seeking a meticulous, process-driven, and resourceful Mobilization Lead to join our Infrastructure Operations EMEA team. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and structured handover of data centers from development to operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Development: Create and refine processes to support the seamless transition of data centers from development to operations.
  2. Procedure Management: Develop and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across mobilisation activities.
  3. Training and Support: Train and support the mobilisation team on established processes and procedures to ensure adherence and understanding.
  4. Documentation Management: Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant teams.
  5. Risk Mitigation: Develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with the mobilisation process, ensuring minimal downtime and maximised uptime.
  6. Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure the mobilisation team is well-versed in all processes, procedures, and documentation standards.
Requirements
  1. Preferably 5+ years of experience in Process Development, Documentation Management, Complex Development, Construction, or Delivery Project Management.
  2. Experience in data center operations, high-tech, or rapid growth industries is strongly preferred.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  4. Travel required is expected to be between 10%-20% but may change over time as the business evolves.
