We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 HGV driver to join our team at Gregory Distribution. As a Class 1 HGV driver, you will be responsible for delivering finished goods from our local manufacturing points to customer depots.

Competitive Hourly Rate

The starting rate for this role is £19.04 per hour, which includes holiday pay. If you work between 21:00 and 04:00 hours, you will receive an enhanced rate of £21.79 per hour.

Essential Skills

  • Must hold a valid UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence.
  • Hold a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
  • Experience of Fridge trailers is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Work well under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Be a confident, polite, and team-oriented individual.
  • Have good geographical knowledge.
  • Be fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated.
