About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team at Methods Business and Digital Technology. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure infrastructure and applications using DevSecOps practices.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Implement security controls and monitoring to detect and prevent security threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the development lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to ensure our infrastructure and applications remain secure.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in DevSecOps and cloud security.
  • Strong understanding of security principles and practices.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations such as NIST and GDPR.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of networking and system administration.
