Aspire People is looking for an experienced Special Needs Teaching Support Specialist to join our team in mainstream Primary schools (KS1 / KS2) based in Nottingham City and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual who has experience of working with lower level learners providing booster support. This supply role offers a flexible lifestyle where you can choose the days you work and gain experience across a number of different schools, classes, and year groups.

  • Estimated Salary: £18-£22 per hour (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

  1. To provide high-quality teaching support to students with special educational needs
  2. To develop and maintain effective relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders
  3. To contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
