Job Title: Corporate Communications Associate

Job Summary:

Aldrich & Co is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Associate to join our Global Corporate Affairs & Communications team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering internal communications activities, working closely with senior leaders and other teams in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the VP of Corporate Affairs and Communications EMEA to implement internal and external communications strategies
  • Lead the compilation of the monthly internal London newsletter, write intranet articles, and work with head office on global initiatives
  • Contribute to investment transaction communications and thought leadership efforts for the business
  • Work with teams across the business to source and develop engaging content for the global intranet
  • Liaise with key portfolio companies to manage issues/crises that may pose a reputational risk to the business
  • Organize external and internal communications events, such as townhalls and flagship events

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of internal communications and corporate affairs experience
  • Strong understanding of how to represent a brand and nurture its image successfully
  • Excellent copy writing, editing, and proofreading skills and a high attention to detail
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple pieces of work and deadlines
  • Ability to connect easily with stakeholders internally and externally
  • Ability to work across borders, cultures, and time zones, adapting communication style in order to operate effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with video editing tools
  • Experience of using social media
  • Self-motivated and collaborative with a desire to be part of a global team
