Capital Allowance Senior Manager
About Us:CBTax Limited is a leading provider of tax services, and we are seeking an experienced Capital Allowance Senior Manager to join our team. Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client engagements, developing strong relationships, and providing expert advice on tax technical points. This includes overseeing the preparation of Capital Allowance claims for submission to HMRC, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role also involves supervising junior team members, mentoring, and guiding them through their tasks. Additionally, you will focus on identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client engagements and develop strong relationships
- Provide expert advice on tax technical points
- Oversee the preparation of Capital Allowance claims for submission to HMRC
- Supervise junior team members and mentor them
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
- Experience in client portfolio management
- Understanding of risks related to quality control procedures
- Leadership skills and ability to manage projects
- Ability to educate and motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Performance bonus recognizing hard work and achievements
- 5% employer pension contribution to secure future
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
