Housing Conditions Claims Specialist

Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced Associate / Senior Associate to join its growing Asset Management Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defending litigated housing conditions claims for Registered Providers and Local Authorities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of litigated housing conditions claims, as well as supervising Junior Solicitors and Paralegals within the team. They should be well-versed in drafting Defences and witness statements, and preparing cases for trial.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience working in a Social Housing team to take on a leadership role and contribute to the team's continued success.

The role can be based in Cardiff or Bristol, with flexible working arrangements available.
