Exciting Opportunity for a Bartender - Immediate Start - High End Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and personable Bartender to join the team of a prestigious luxury restaurant in the heart of the city:

Casual fine dining Modern British cuisine

Top suppliers, dry aged beef display, wild forage, sustainable ingredients of British provenance

Cool trendy environment & fantastic project under a famous chef

Salary package around £15 p/h (including tronc)

Rota of 2 doubles/ 3 single shifts - 48 hours

Salary of £28-30k plus tronc (£33,000 to £40,000 per annum)

The ideal Bartender must be passionate and have a background in fine dining, Michelin star restaurants, or private members club, as the food and standards will be high. There are great ambitions here and the drinks menu will be cocktail led with lots of creative cool ingredients and recipes.

You will have great communication, presentation, and organization skills, and you will great with guests, quick, effective, and be able to get along in a fast-paced environment.
