About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced School Staff Nurse to join our team at Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to children and young people in schools, promoting healthy behaviors and disease prevention.

Responsibilities:
  • Health Promotion: Develop and implement health promotion programs in schools to encourage healthy lifestyles and prevent illnesses.
  • Clinical Governance: Contribute to clinical governance by ensuring safe and reliable services, using clinical judgment and risk assessments to keep patients safe.
  • Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate with social workers, teachers, and other agencies to ensure seamless care delivery and support for children and families.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Registered nurse (RN1) with current NMC registration.
  • Experience: Proven experience working in children's/paediatric or adult settings, with a strong understanding of public health principles and practices.
Salary:

The salary for this role is £35,745 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience.
