About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced literary scout to join our team in central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, tracking submissions, and providing reader's reports.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
* Track and manage submissions, ensuring timely and efficient processing
* Prepare and send reader's reports, providing insightful and actionable feedback
* Manage office systems and book fair scheduling, ensuring seamless operations
* Build and maintain a network of agents and publishers, particularly in specific genres

Requirements:

* At least three years' experience in the publishing industry
* Strong understanding of the literary market and industry trends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
