Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating garment fitting and sealing processes for key customers from order stage through to gold seal.
  • Managing the garment sealing process, including attending fitting sessions with buyers, documenting alterations and amendments, verifying sketches and trimmings, and ensuring finished garments meet customer expectations.
  • Conducting fabric tests to guarantee cloth quality, resolve fabric-related issues, and verify compliance with customer specifications.
  • Addressing factory and production inquiries.
  • Collaborating with pattern cutters to achieve accurate customer requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and schedules to document departmental work and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Scheduling fit appointments with relevant customers at the start of each week.
  • Participating in all relevant fit appointments.
  • Preparing garments for fit appointments, confirming details against customer requirements.
  • Follow-up and feedback on comments and samples post-meeting.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000.
