Community Manager B2B Tech

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our team in the B2B technology space. As a key member of our social media practice, you will be responsible for building and engaging with our online community of customers, partners, and industry experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community-building strategies to increase engagement and loyalty among our online community
  • Curate and share high-quality content to foster meaningful conversations and connections within our community
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver content, events, and experiences that meet the needs of our community
  • Analyse community metrics to inform future strategy and optimize community-building efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6-8 years of community management experience in the B2B technology space
  • Experience building and engaging online communities
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in community-building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum
