Role Overview

At our company, we're pushing the boundaries of trading technology. As a member of our Trading Engineering team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our systems operate with high availability, stability, and performance. You'll work closely with traders and technologists to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help us eliminate downtime using the latest open-source technologies and collaborate with focus teams to create and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Coordinate and prioritize changes to our trading software to ensure smooth exchange migrations and quick time to market for new features and software.
  • Work closely with traders and quantitative researchers in a diverse technical landscape to execute our trading strategies.

Your Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience as a System Reliability Engineer, System Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
  • Experience in a similar environment, such as a bank (trading floor), brokerage, or trading firm, is strongly preferred.
  • Python and Bash scripting skills.
  • Solid understanding of the Linux Operating System.
  • Experience with database querying.
