Assistant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at The Castle Inn, a traditional Dorset pub with a rich history dating back to the 16th century.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the pub, working closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
