The firm is well-regarded for its Litigation offering and acts for a mix of high net worth individuals, global corporations, UHNWI/HNWIs, SMEs, and public sector organisations.

As a Debt Recovery Partner, you will have a key role in managing the process from inception through to enforcement, shaping the strategy of the team, driving growth, and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service.

Your expertise will involve leading and managing complex debt recovery cases, providing strategic legal advice, and mentoring junior team members.

The role can be based in either Manchester, Birmingham, or Leeds offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of junior fee earners in the team
  • Collaborate with other partners and fee earners in the wider firm
  • Promote and generate work for the Debt Recovery team
  • Contribute to the overall firm strategy of growth
