About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Associate to join our team in London. As a key member of our internal comms department, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to strengthen our brand presence and communicate effectively with internal and external audiences.

The successful candidate will have exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, as well as experience working with content platforms, analytics tools, and social media. Strong organisational skills, a creative approach, and attention to detail are also essential.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a communications role, particularly in the financial services sector, and be familiar with industry trends and market analysis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective communication strategies that drive business results.
  • Creating and editing engaging content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and press releases.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitoring industry news and trends to identify opportunities for thought leadership and strategic communications.

Salary: The salary for this role is £58,000 - £74,000 per annum, depending on experience.
