About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Brainkind. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical disabilities and complex needs in a purpose-built unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to individuals, helping them achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Develop and maintain individual support plans, ensuring the unique needs and preferences of each person are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective support system.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.

Requirements:

  • Empathy and understanding for individuals with physical disabilities and complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Personal Care is a requirement of the job role.
