Salary: £83 - £100 per day

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and caring Behavioural Therapist to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will provide one-to-one and group support for students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Behavioural Needs. You will work closely with our Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCOs), Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and parents to deliver personalized support that meets the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support for students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Behavioural Needs.
  • Work closely with SENCOs, Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and parents to deliver personalized support.
  • Earn a competitive daily rate of £83 - £100.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Child Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience working with children with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
